Who Is Really Abusing Bankruptcy Laws?

During the debate over the credit card industry-written bankruptcy bill, we heard a lot about how ordinary people supposedly abuse bankruptcy laws (most of those tales are a bunch of crap). We didn't, however, hear much about how Corporate America abuses the bankruptcy system to screw ordinary people, and the bill basically kept many of the corporate loopholes in bankruptcy law in place. Now, Nathan Newman shows us an example of the real world effects of this. He has the goods on another pack of executives who have bankrupted their company and are yet still trying to screw workers and pad their own pockets - all as the government sits by and does nothing.
