Bette Bohlinger, Rest In Peace

I'm not one to go into private emotions on a blog, but it really has been an emotional few days for us here in Montana, so I wanted to share. Bette Bohlinger, wife of Montana's Lt. John Bohlinger passed away after a battle with leukemia. I had gotten to know John and Bette well since working on the campaign, and her passing is a real loss to this state. The funeral in Billings, which we attended, was a beautiful ceremony for a woman who lived a beautiful and inspiring life. She and John have really committed themselves to the cause of social justice - they are examples for all of us who work to better our communities. She will really be missed.
