Bush & the Pre-Katrina Warnings of Disaster

Finally got back from my work trip, and have been flooded with emails about the new video showing that President Bush was warned about the levee problems in New Orleans before Hurricane Katrina. Thus, I wanted to remind folks of this In These Times article and this San Francisco Chronicle op-ed that showed he knew well before even the eve of Katrina - yet he refused to do anything about it.
