Tort "Reform" In the South

The Institute for Southern Studies has a solid piece up analyzing all the hypocrisies surrounding the right-wing's tort "reform" campaigns in the South. The bottom line, as they note, is clear: "calls for tort 'reform' are not having the desired effects, other than limiting the average guy's ability to get justice."
